A SIM built into your phone, installed remotely with a QR code — no plastic card and no shop visit.

When does the plan start?

Accepted Answer

Validity starts on the first byte of data used in the destination country, not at purchase.

Question 3

Is my phone compatible?

Accepted Answer

Most iPhones from XS onwards, recent Samsung and Google devices support eSIM. Make sure the handset is not carrier-locked.

Question 4

Do I remove my current SIM?

Accepted Answer

No. The eSIM works alongside your physical SIM, and you choose which one handles data.

How do I get the eSIM after paying?

Accepted Answer

Once payment is confirmed the QR code and ICCID appear in your dashboard with the install steps, ready to print or install.

Accepted Answer

Installation takes two minutes on Wi-Fi; it starts working when you arrive and connect to the local network.

Question 8

Is the price final?

Yes — in Saudi Riyal, all-inclusive, with nothing added at payment.
